Reporting
For grantees receiving grants greater than $15,000, the Foundation requires the following:
Progress Report
Please provide a brief Progress Report to your Foundation contact by phone/Zoom and/or email, approximately six months following the first grant payment (or at the midpoint of the grant period if less than one year).
What should the progress report cover?
Whether by phone/Zoom or email, please be prepared to address the following: progress to date, unanticipated challenges or setbacks, budgetary changes, updates on additional resources that have been secured, and/or future plans.

Final Report
Please provide a written Final Report at the conclusion of your grant period. This report should be submitted within 60 days following the completion of your grant; your final report due-date in your grant agreement. To assist you in preparing your documents, you can review the Final Report Template, which shows the questions that will be asked, and documents needed.
