Today, the Robert W. Deutsch Center is pleased to release, "The Digital Equity Leadership Lab: A Case Study of Community Leadership Development to Promote Digital Equity and Justice.” A paper researched and authored by Dr. Colin Rhinesmith Ph.D, with design by Raquel Castedo, Ph.D. The paper explores the impact of DELL, a program for city residents who want to increase their understanding of the internet and strengthen their ability to advocate for fast, affordable and reliable broadband for all of Baltimore’s neighborhoods.
